Jake Paul Sued Over Alleged Harassment Claims

Upcoming boxer Jake Paul has been on almost every headline for the past few months, but, only for the right reasons. Not until recently, he was involved in a scandal with other social media critics after throwing a party. The party was held after Jake Paul defeated Nate Robinson in a boxing match. The boxer held an after party despite lockdown guidelines restricting such meeetings.

Now, the YouTuber has made the news again, and not for the right reason. Jake has been accused of harrassing a man after his party which took place on November 28th 2020.

One Gabriel Dos Santos has come forward with claims that a few members of Jake Paul’s posse violently attacked him, leaving him bruised and bloodied, as evidenced by a few key photos taken after the incident occurred.


According to Santos, the attackers punched and kicked him in the body, legs and face repeatedly, leaving him “bruised and battered.” The victim is said to have suffered a fractured cheek, dislocated shoulder, cuts to his face, and bruises to his forehead and eyes.

While Jake himself has not been linked with taking part in the violence, Dos Santos claims that he should take responsibility for having hired the people who attacked him. At the moment, Jake hasn’t publicly responded to the allegations, but this is far from the first lawsuit he’s dealt with during his career as a YouTube superstar
